We are currently seeking dynamic Technical Support Specialists to join our growing team in San Francisco. This is a full-time, in-office position that comes with excellent benefits.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is critical for ensuring uninterrupted service for our users and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through our proprietary support ticketing system. While most side tasks will be managed by experienced team members, you may also have the opportunity to engage in additional responsibilities if qualified. As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll collaborate closely with designers and developers, while contributing to our unique team culture that blends remote and in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver first-line diagnosis and troubleshooting support, providing technical expertise to resolve customer inquiries and maximize satisfaction.
- Utilize our support ticketing system effectively, responding to incoming tickets related to technical issues and service incidents while tracking and following through on your own tickets.
- Document all issues and solutions accurately and timely.
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the resolution process.
- Act as a customer-facing subject matter expert.
