Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Present and promote our services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction or waste management industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of portable restroom and dumpster services is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
