Sales Support Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales efforts by managing customer inquiries, assisting with project research, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries.
• Research permits and projects to find key points of contact.
• Support outside sales efforts by providing necessary information and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our software system.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
• Participate in account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong phone skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
• Knowledge of outside sales processes and strategies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and the sales team professionally.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A background in market analysis or research techniques is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
