We are looking for a talented and competitive Customer Care Associate / Inside Sales who thrives in a sales / manufacturing industry. Responsibilities : Reaching out to new leads generated by outbound call programs to present the company and its products. Follow-up on all assigned perspective and active clients and report the status of the projects / action plan in the local CRM Listening to customers’ concerns / complaints and providing detailed information regarding products & services. Presenting customers / clients with additional information regarding new products and / or services Determining the quickest, most effective method to respond to a client’s or customer’s questions. Escalating queries and concerns Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service Willingness to take on additional projects as requested. Strong work ethic Shows interest in the manufacturing medical device industry. Experience related to sales, medical devices & terminology. Strong phone presence and experience making frequent calls daily. Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communications skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Punctual, hardworking, and works well in a constantly changing environment Takes direction well from management Requirements : Bachelors in Biology or related field Minimum 3 years’ experience in inside sales team, preferentially in medical device industry or pharmaceutical industry Good organizational skills Phone sales skills Verbal and written communication skills Must be in office daily
