Joulé has an opening for a Clinical Applications Specialist that will provide Technical Support 100% on site in Denver, CO on a six-month contract that does have potential to be extended. This position will be 5-days onsite, Monday through Friday, providing Technical Support and monitoring to their internal ticketing system to ensure customers are able to troubleshoot issues. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare experience supporting web-based applications and providing EMR support, with specific strength in telehealth technical support. Responsibilities
- Providing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Support
- Hardware support for PC computers, docking stations, laptops, speakers, headsets, webcams, dictation microphones, etc.
- Telecommunications and telehealth support (Technolink, Cisco, Webex, Teladoc)
- Utilization of web-based applications (Dragon, Webex, Outlook, etc.)
- Ticketing systems (Service Central)
- Healthcare or medical experience
- Ability to think Critically and provide viable solutions and possess effective communication skills (verbally and in writing)
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and be a self-starter that is a fast learner.
- COMPTIA certification preferred, but not required.
Salary : $25 - $30
