Develop sales strategies to meet business goals, including maintaining and increasing online sales. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales approaches. Oversee product distribution logistics, including import / export processes and order management. Present and lead sales presentations, participating in trade shows across the US. Requirements : Bachelor's degree 7-10 years of experience in the sale of cosmetics, skin care, and luxury beauty brands, including sales management, marketing, and brand development expertise. An established network of distributors and retailers (book of business). Proficiency in social media, digital marketing, and influencer collaborations. Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and knowledge of hyaluronic acid products Strong communication and presentation skills to convey product value and brand vision. Excellent problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and concerns. Ability to collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with promotions.
