As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, maintain and program PLCs, and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues. You’ll work with advanced automation and PLC-driven systems, gaining valuable experience while solving real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, including mechanical and electrical components
- Maintain and program PLCs, motor drives, and automation systems
- Perform routine maintenance, including rebuilding pumps and mechanical repairs
- Diagnose and repair issues using control panel interfaces and laptop-based tools
- Participate in an on-call rotation for maintenance support
- 2 Year Technical Degree
- 4-6 years of experience in industrial mechanic role working with mechanical and electrical systems
- Hands-on mechanical experience, including troubleshooting manufacturing or packaging lines, rebuilding pumps, and mechanical part removal
- Must have strong mechanical and electrical skills, and ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Knowledge of AC/DC systems, programming, PLC logic, and ladder logic
- Experience with industrial electrical components, including PLCs, control cards, and motor drives
- Ability to diagnose issues using a laptop interface on control panels
- Understanding of industrial automation systems and electrical troubleshooting
