Job Title : Project Coordinator Location : Plainsboro, NJ Hours / Schedule : M-F 9am- 5pm Type : contract Overview Leading consumer goods client looking for a Project Coordinator. Ideal candidates should have at least 6 months of project management or coordinating experience. Responsibilities Order New Launches for Candles, Soaps, Laundry Organizes fragrance studio and New Season Set Up for Candle, Soap, and Laundry Coordinate odor booths and set up the weekly New Launch review meetings for sales, FDMs, and the perfumers Maintain Competitive Brand Spreadsheet Order Competitive Market product NEW launches per FDM request Coordinating the logistics of FDM evaluations oil / evaluation samples between Fircity and firinc Requirements High School Diploma Required, Associate and or Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong Organizational Skills, Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word and PowerPoint. An interest in Perfume and Fragrance industry is a plus but not preferred.
