We value teamwork, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. What You'll Do : As a Recruiting Associate Intern at Joule, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will contribute to all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. This position will run from May 27 through August 8. This position is onsite 2-3 days a week Tuesday through Thursday in Edison, NJ. Your responsibilities will include : Sourcing & Recruitment : Utilize various tools and platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates. Conduct targeted searches and proactively source candidates. Candidate Evaluation & Screening : Assess candidate qualifications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews. Interview Preparation & Coordination : Provide candidates with information and manage interview logistics. Candidate Debrief & Feedback : Participate in debriefs and assist with providing candidate feedback. Offer Extension & Negotiation : Gain exposure to the offer process. Pipeline Management & Relationship Building : Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline and build professional relationships. Client Support & Business Development : Collaborate on lead generation. What's Required : Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field. No prior professional experience required; relevant coursework or extracurricular activities are a plus. Demonstrated interest in customer-focused or sales-related fields. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with social media platforms and candidate sourcing tools. Ability to use online research tools and databases.
