Job Title : Technician Assistant Location : Minneapolis, MN Contractor Work Model : 100% Onsite Hours / Schedule : 40 hours per week Type : Contract Requirements : Must Haves Work Systems & Process Ownership - Affect projects / work processes; maintains many types of confidential information and appropriately utilizes information; independent judgment / decision making; impacts business results routinely. Technical Expertise - Advanced knowledge of data retrieval and manipulation processes, computer applications / software packages; tracks / checks accuracy and reasonableness of numbers; in depth knowledge of own areas as well as other areas of business; very independent in number of aspects of job; provide broad support for complex, multiple technologies in specific area Nice To Have Leadership / Direction Setting - Provide leadership on important aspects within own area; resource to others on business operations within own business unit; may coordinate efforts or assign work to small group. Communication - Lends direction to others; communication skills necessary to explain complex information pertinent to area of responsibility; majority of duties require contact outside business unit and / or outside Company; some data translation. Complexity / Decision Impact - Number of major duties, non-repetitive in nature, must be managed to meet deadlines - often impacted by outside factors; analysis / problem solving required; impacts some business results Responsibilities : Collect business data, interpret and analyze, summarize / report findings. You will be responsible for discovering, producing and analyzing information from a variety of sources, tools, processes and documentation. You will collaborate with developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject experts. Present analytic work clearly and appropriately, enter data and validate data as needed. Type of data is inventory, customer serv results, SKU analysis. Strong proficiency in MS, (Excel, PP- must), knowledge of SAP- beneficial.
