Joulestowatts is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Senior Consultant with multiple upgrades and implementation experience, covering all modules of Oracle HCM. This position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders, own end to end responsibility and accountability in driving activities such as gathering requirements, conducting conference room pilots, configure the system, coordinate system integration testing, user training & acceptance testing. Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Candidate may be located in Denton, TX, or Richardson, TX in the US and must be willing to travel to client office in Denton, TX. This is NOT a remote opportunity; you must be ready for onsite. At least 10 years of Information Technology experience 6 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience Extensive experience in at least 4 modules among Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting and Absence Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle Providing status and issue reports to the project manager / client on a regular basis Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems Lead and conduct CRP, SIT and UAT Developing end-user documentation and training materials Delivering end-user training Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables Oracle hands on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (ability to query transactions / link between tables) Working experience on Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting and Absence Experience working on SQL queries Required to have production support experience in Fusion cloud projects Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
