Job Overview :
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction treatment plans. You'll also be responsible for collecting data, making this role ideal for dedicated and passionate professionals eager to make a difference in clients' lives.
Required Qualifications and Responsibilities :
Preferred candidates will have an active RBT certification.
Availability required during after-school hours.
A high school diploma or GED is necessary.
Experience working with children or adolescents; personal or professional experience with autism or related fields is advantageous.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Must possess a valid ID and reliable transportation.
Full COVID vaccination is required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Registered Behavior Technician certification.
Direct experience working with children on a 1 : 1 basis.
One year of experience in ABA is preferred.
Work Location :
The position will involve multiple locations, as we provide in-home services based on client needs.
