Job Responsibilities :
Under the supervision of a BCBA, Behavior Technicians will implement treatment plans focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction while collecting essential data. We seek committed and passionate individuals ready to support our clients.
Qualifications :
Active RBT certification is preferred.
Availability to work after school hours.
High school diploma or GED is necessary.
Experience working with children and familiarity with autism or ABA is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Reliable transportation and valid ID are required.
Must be fully COVID vaccinated.
Preferred Qualifications :
Registered Behavior Technician certification.
Experience in a 1 : 1 setting with children.
One year of experience in ABA is advantageous.
Job Type : Full-time and Part-time options are available.
Pay : $27-$32 per hour.
