We are seeking a full-time Commercial Loan Processing Associate to join our team and work on-site at our South Williamsport, PA location.
The Commercial Loan Processing Associate is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the loan processing function; preparing loan documents, reviewing documents for accuracy; answering and directing phone calls, reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Order and follow up on appraisals, flood searches, property searches, and title insurance.
- Understands the loan policy, approval process, loan authority limits, and all exceptions to guidelines.
- Prepares loan documentation.
- Works closely with title agents, abstract companies, attorney, and lenders to prepare closing documents and schedule closings.
- Utilizes Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to prepare correspondence, forms, and reports as necessary and to schedule closings.
- Utilizes specialized departmental software to prepare loan documentation.
- Reviews and verifies all documents for accuracy before and after closing.
- Book new loans to bank system and process loan and / or fee transactions.
- Answers and places telephone calls; assist callers if possible or transfers calls to the proper individual or department.
Requirements : The selected candidate must have the following skills :
Hours : Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, flexible to work additional hours as needed.
