We are a family owned roofing and construction company seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests
