As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Accountant / Bookkeeper to help establish an efficient financial management system and support the long-term development of our company.
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate accounting practices and the ability to work with various financial software. The Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
Duties
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure all accounts are properly reconciled.
- Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries and adjustments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in cash management.
- Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
- Utilize financial software, such as QuickBooks, for efficient record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.
- Ensure compliance with public accounting standards and regulations.
Skills
- Bilingual Ability: Chinese & English
- Proficiency in financial software, particularly QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent skills in financial report writing and analysis.
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting.
- Familiarity with debits and credits, as well as bank reconciliation processes.
- Ability to manage accounts receivable effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
