GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
This position performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the agency to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Although being supervised by the HR Manager, this person may take direction from the following : Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and HR Generalist.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception. Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls. Receive and direct visitors and individuals.
General clerical.
Photocopy, fax and mail, as needed.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems and materials.
Special projects.Engage in projects as assigned by the agency management team.
Maintains confidentiality. Maintains the confidentiality of individuals supported and employees. Must sign company Confidentiality Agreement.
Completes training. Completes the training programs required to adequately perform the functions of the job and other training as required by his / her supervisor or other management.
Quality improvement. Participates in processes of continuous improvement to increase productivity, reduce inefficiencies and enhance the quality of services provided to the individuals we serve.
Communication. Provides written and oral information to Supervisor in a timely manner. Follows written and oral instructions. Attends all required meetings.
Adheres to the mission, vision and values of Journey Found and conducts him / herself within standards of professional conduct of his / her program, division and the organization. Adheres to the Journey Found Policy & Procedure which protects the privacy and security of consumer health information. Maintains the security of electronic media and returns to his / her supervisor when appropriate.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Valid Driver's License
One Year of receptionist experience or clerical office experience preferred.
