Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Paralegal role located in Guntersville, AL. The Paralegal will be responsible for providing administrative support to attorneys, managing client communications, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with legal document preparation. The role requires excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software. Experience with Clio is a plus
- Ability to manage client communications professionally
- Experience in a legal environment is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a requirement
- High school diploma or GED; higher education is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
