Job Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and systems-oriented administrative assistant to support our real estate operations. This role will begin as part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time position. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can anticipate needs, streamline processes, and ensure that our team operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support Founder with time-saving tasks and staying organized (mostly work-related, but may include some personal tasks).
- Manage CRM and client relations to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Provide listing support, including meeting inspectors and contractors, assisting with listing launches, and maintaining timelines.
- Assist with marketing efforts such as email campaigns, blog posts, social media calendars, postcards, and more.
- Oversee and collaborate with a Virtual Assistant to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Coordinate and manage events and seminars, from planning to execution.
- Set up and refine systems to improve conversion rates with prospects.
- Manage office operations, ensuring supplies are stocked and the workspace is clean and organized.
- Handle some personal tasks as needed.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay : $22 - $30.00 per hour for trial period and could transition to salary plus incentives for the right candidate.
Expected hours : 20 – 40 per week to start and likely transition to full time position.
