Required Qualifications:
- Licensure and Experience: Active R.N. license with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role. Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred.
- Education: BSN preferred, with proven skills in organizing and managing nursing services and personnel.
- Communication and Clerical Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities, with clerical competency to analyze reports and data.
- Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state regulations).
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day nursing operations
- Support regulatory compliance and quality outcomes
- Mentor and guide clinical staff
- Collaborate across departments
- Step in for the DON when needed
