Lyndon Crossing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehab team and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. This leadership role involves overseeing therapy services, developing rehabilitation programs, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patients' goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Supervise and mentor therapy staff, providing ongoing training and support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and recovery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs and make necessary adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
