What are the responsibilities and job description for the Freight Broker position at Journey?
Journey is working with a client in Laredo, TX seeking a cross border rep on the carrier management side. This person will also have experience hunting new business from shipper-facing customers.

- On-site, Laredo, TX.
- 90-125k base salary commission.
- Applicants must have previous experience building a Book of Business of carriers in reference to cross border freight at a freight brokerage.
- Must have management/director level experience.
- Please be prepared to speak to your sales metrics and BoB in your most recent role.
We are not expecting candidates to transition their book of business; however, our clients do require 6 years of previous experience in cross border sales/building an organic book of business.
