As a Housekeeper/Laundry, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and ensuring that all laundry is properly cleaned and prepared. This is a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests.

- Clean and sanitize rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Ensure all surfaces are clean and free of dust or debris
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and guest clothing
- Sort and organize laundry items according to color, fabric type, and cleaning instructions
- Handle guest requests or inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred
- Knowledge of laundering techniques and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry heavy items as needed
