Join our team as a Certified Medication Tech (CMT), where you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents' health and well-being by ensuring safe and accurate medication administration. Your dedication and attention to detail will make a difference every day as you work closely with a licensed nurse to provide high-quality care.
Hours
This position is for the 3 PM – 11 PM shift. We’re looking for candidates with open availability and the ability to work a rotating weekend schedule.

Required Qualifications:
- Certified in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Medication Tech certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of health care industry experience or 2 years’ experience as medication tech.
- Current CPR certification.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Medication Administration: Safely deliver daily oral, inhalation, and topical medications under a nurse's supervision, monitoring adverse reactions and documenting all actions per company policies.
- Resident Observation: Monitor residents for changes in condition and report findings to the nurse while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Supportive Care: Perform related tasks such as vital sign checks, medication dose calculations, and cart restocking, ensuring safe handling and storage of medications.
