Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.
- Provide in-home therapy services, emphasizing the promotion of independence and retraining of lost skills.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate regularly with the interdisciplinary care team.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- At least two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist.
