Occupational Therapist (OT) Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy services to patients within the Hinsdale, IL territory.
- Provides occupation therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care.
- Develops treatment programs and establishes goals for improved function.
- Communicates with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintains appropriate clinical records and reports changes in patient condition to physicians.
- Trains patients in new skills or retraining them in daily activities lost due to illness or injury.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- At least Two (2) years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist (Preferred).
- Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and appropriate automobile insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
