Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop comprehensive paid and social media strategies that align with JourneyTeam's business goals
- Own day-to-day hands-on paid campaign management. This includes but is not limited to campaign planning, setup, budget management, quality assurance, testing, measurement/reporting, and optimization on Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.
- Manage corporate social media posts; including communicating with social media followers; responding to queries; and overall monitoring of all corporate social media accounts and tracking performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to optimize for ROI and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor search (SEO/SEM) & social traffic sources for keyword or optimization opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns and organic social, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and operating within a budget, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft technology industry is a plus but not required.
- Experience in driving cohesive brand messaging while driving engagement, follower growth, and long-term campaign success.
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a remote work environment.

Compensation:
Base pay of $95,000 - 115,000 annually. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (see benefits outline below).
