Your Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Schedule and assign nursing staff to ensure efficient care delivery.
- Provide emotional support to Residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation of Resident care services.
- Manage nursing supplies inventory and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
">- Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
- Must hold valid RN License.
- Long-Term Care Experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills and strong team player.
