Key Responsibilities:
- Assume principal responsibility for the total care of assigned clients in the respective unit.
- Initiate health care training and education to the client/family as required.
- Demonstrate awareness of ongoing needs of the unit and provide leadership and direction to other team members.
- Supervise other licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel for assigned units.
- Provide care to all patient populations with consideration to age-specificity and diagnosis.
