About the Opportunity:
- Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create tailored nursing care plans.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, supervisors, and colleagues regarding patient status changes.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Associate degree or diploma in Nursing.
Licenses/Certification
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification.
- ACLS certification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
