Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Engage in creative activities.
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diaper changes, and nap times.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children. No housework or home tasks. Focus is only on childcare.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding day of care.
- Foster a positive relationship with the children to encourage trust and comfort.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying is preferred.
- Knowledge of toddler care, infant care, and daycare practices is highly desirable.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to engage children in meaningful activities.
- Certification in First Aid or CPR is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring the safety of children.
