As part of this role, you'll have access to subsidized housing for the duration of your employment. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who are reliable, energetic, and passionate about working with children, especially infants.

Job Duties:
- Providing backup and on-call childcare in family homes, primarily for infants and toddlers.
- Engaging children in age-appropriate activities such as playtime, reading, arts & crafts, and outdoor fun.
- Handling daily caregiving needs: meal preparation, diapering, nap schedules, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
- Assisting with light housekeeping duties related to childcare (e.g., tidying play areas, children's laundry).
- Coordinating with families to adapt to their specific needs while ensuring high-quality care.

- Probationary Period: There will be a trial period, with the possibility of transitioning to a longer-term lease based on performance.
