Jovie
Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, WA, USA
Summary:
A bit about us: We're a lively and loving family of four, which includes mom, my two active and amazing kids aged 3 and 6, and our wonderful grandma. My mother, who lives with us, is a great help, but as the kids grow and their activities increase, we need someone full-time to help maintain a sense of balance. I travel for work once a month for a week, so we’re looking for someone reliable who can manage things when I’m away. We also have two friendly and laid-back cats, Uno and Dos. We're a household that values kindness, consistency, and creativity.
My kids are full of energy and joy, each with unique developmental challenges, including ADHD, for which they are receiving support. They are kind, playful, and have a lot of energy. They thrive with structure and creative play, and our days are packed with adventure, from school activities to playtime.
We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced, and proactive nanny/household manager who can help us manage our busy lives while collaborating with me to ensure the best for the kids.
A bit about you: You are an experienced, energetic nanny/household manager who loves working with children, especially active kids aged 3-10. You have at least 5-10 years of experience and have been with families for 2 years in a similar role. You’re comfortable providing structure while keeping things fun and engaging. Strong organizational skills are essential as you’ll be managing various tasks related to the children and household. You’re physically active and able to keep up with two high-energy kids, ensuring they have structured, fun, and enriching experiences. You’re also collaborative and understand that this role is an extension of me; we’ll work as a team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, you're comfortable with cats and don’t mind helping with basic household tasks.
This is a long-term position (5 years) for someone who can become an integral part of our family.
