Daycare Teacher Needed Full-Time

Compensation: $16/hr

Position Requirements:
- Team Player: We are looking for individuals who are serious about furthering their career in childcare or education.
- Reliable: The ideal candidate will commit to working through the week and has demonstrated excellent attendance and reliability in previous roles.
- Committed: Must be able to successfully implement program activities from the site coordinator.
- Transportation: You must have reliable transportation for your daily shift.
Onsite or Virtual: On-Site
Full or Part Time: Full-Time
Schedule: 40 hours per week: Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Grade/Age Levels: Infants-Pre-K
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) prior to being hired
- 6 months or more of working with children outside of family
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to provide 2 childcare references.
- Must be able to pass a detailed background screen with fingerprinting
- Must be 18 years or older
· Steady Paycheck: Our hourly rate: $15-16/hr
· Support: A management team and connection to a community of caregivers
· Training: Childcare guidance, training, and professional development
· Community: Connection to a community of childcare providers and teachers
What You Will be Doing:
· Caring for children Infants-Pre-K
· Assisting center/ lead teacher in classroom management, leading group, and individual activities
· Ensuring the safety and well-being of children in your care
· Clean up and pick up responsibilities
