College Tutors of Indiana is seeking experienced, reliable , and energetic math tutors for young learners, tutoring every morning 8am - 9am Eastern time, via online. For qualified tutors, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful and positive impact in the lives of young students, in a very simple tutoring model. Tutors must have some experience teaching and / or tutoring, have a college degree, or be enrolled in college, and be reliable for tutoring throughout the semester.
Job Description : Embodies the College Tutors Core Values and :
- Provides students with academic assistance and guidance as directed by the school and College Tutors of Indiana, serving as a role model to students.
- Implements the tutoring strategy within timelines established by the school and College Tutors of Indiana
- Communicates on a regular basis with College Tutors management as needed regarding student progress.
- Assists in the development of a positive attitude toward learning, studying and academics.
- Submits online / mobile timesheets and session notes (this is an extremely simple and short task) within 24 hours of completion of each session.
- Must pass a background check.
- Should have a natural passion for math and helping others with math.
