Pay: Based on experience, salaried position between $20,000-$30,000 yearly for part-time hours.
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Family Assistant to support a busy household with domestic tasks and transportation. This role primarily involves household responsibilities, in addition to driving children to activities.
Responsibilities:
Household Support:
- Laundry (washing, folding, putting away)
- Prepping dinner (basic meal prep, setting the table)
- Tidying and organizing common areas
- Loading/unloading the dishwasher
- Sweeping and wiping down kitchen counters
- Managing household supplies and groceries as needed
Child-Related Tasks:
- Picking up children from school
- Driving children to activities and appointments
- Ensuring a smooth afternoon/evening routine for the family
About the Family:
The family has six children, though only four are still at home. The children at home are ages 13-16, so hands-on childcare is minimal—this role is focused on keeping the household running smoothly.
