About the Role:
Looking for a flexible part-time nanny position? We’re seeking a reliable and caring nanny to assist a family with their infant in Poughkeepsie, NY.
⏰ Schedule:
- Two non-consecutive days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday) from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekly or bi-weekly date night
- Providing infant care
- Helping maintain feeding and sleeping schedules
- Light household tasks, including meal planning/prep for the family
Requirements:
✅ Childcare Experience: At least 1 year of experience (paid or unpaid) in a sitter or nanny role.
✅ Age & Work Authorization: Must be 18 and legally able to work in the U.S.
✅ Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
✅ Mobility: Comfortable traveling within a 20-mile radius of family homes.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Must have a smartphone with a data plan.
✅ Attributes: Reliable, adaptable, and great at communication, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
✅ Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required)
✅ Familiarity with Montessori principles (a plus)
