Full-Time Nanny Opportunity with Jovie of Rochester!
Start Date: March 3, 2025
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Rochester, MN
Compensation: $15-$17/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Jovie of Rochester is seeking a nurturing, reliable, and playful nanny for a wonderful family in need of long-term care for their 6-month-old infant. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a calm, structured environment and values open communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care to a 6-month-old infant (currently working on sleep training)
- No screen time or phone use when the baby is awake
- Be a proactive communicator and take feedback constructively
- Engage in playful, developmentally appropriate activities
- Assist with household duties including:
- Loading/unloading dishwasher
- Washing bottles and pump parts
- Baby laundry
- Letting dogs out when needed
- Daily pick-up after baby’s activities
- Log naps, diaper changes, and feedings via the family’s app
Requirements:
- Previous nanny or infant care experience preferred
- Must be able to follow a calm, non-stimulant home routine
- Ability to receive and provide feedback in a positive manner
- Comfortable around two friendly dogs
- Must be able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor while sleep training
- Covid, Flu, and Tdap vaccinations required
