Jovie of Tacoma is seeking an experienced, calm and caring caregiver to join our team as a Full-Time Nanny for a family in Olympia. The ideal candidate will be communicative and respectful, engaging, and hands on. Someone who can become part of the family. The nanny will primarily care for a 5-month-old infant, occasionally providing care for a 5-year-old on half days or no school days.
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm Monday-Friday
Location: Olympia, WA 98512
Compensation: $20-22/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Children: 5 month old and 5 year old (Primary care is for infant)
Duties:
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote their development
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the child
- Provide basic caregiving tasks such as diaper changing and bottle feeding
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the child at all times
- Help with baby laundry as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience with infants (bottle feeding, diapering, nap routines)
- A valid license with clean driving records and a reliable vehicle.
- Tdap vaccination required
- Must be able to pass Background Screening
- Must be able to pass Drug Screening
- Must have clean driving record and be able to pass Driving Screening
