Required Experience & Qualifications:
- A reliable and communicative caregiver with a can-do attitude.
- Minimum 1 year of childcare experience with professional references.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Build trusting relationships with families.
- Provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.
- Plan and facilitate fun, age-appropriate activities like story time, arts & crafts, and games.
- Assist with meal preparation for children as needed.
- Tidy up after activities, ensuring a clean and organized play area.
- Work with pre-screened families and receive ongoing training and support.
