- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Engagement and desire to play, read, do arts and crafts or other fun activities
- Responsibility and reliability to support the family and children
- Willingness and ability to transport children and assist with homework as needed
- At least 1 year of paid or unpaid childcare experience
- Minimum of 2-3-month commitment, longer if desired
- Reliable transportation to family homes for positions located throughout the Metro area and suburbs.
- Legal pay with bi-weekly direct deposit. Workers Comp Insurance. Accrued sick time
