Jovie Nannies Sitters is seeking compassionate and experienced nannies to join our team in the Greater Kansas City area. We connect prescreened families with our exceptional caregivers who prioritize child development and create loving and supportive environments.
About the Position :
Location : Prairie Village, KS
Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, some weekends
Start Time : As early as 5 : 30 AM
Hours : 8-12 hours per day
Guaranteed Hours : 30 hours per week, with a maximum of 60 hours per week.
Responsibilities :
Provide loving and attentive care for an infant girl.
Feeding, diapering, and soothing the baby.
Engaging in age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, cognitive development, and motor skills.
Maintaining a clean and organized nursery and play areas.
Light housekeeping duties related to childcare.
Assisting with meal preparation (as needed).
The Ideal Candidate :
- At least 2 years of experience caring for infants.
- CPR and First Aid certified.
- 3-5 references verifying experience and reliability
- Reliable, patient, and nurturing.
- Up to date on vaccinations (flu, d-tap)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit for a year or more to this family
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with a reliable vehicle
