Responsibilities:
- Provide loving and attentive care for an 8-month-old boy.
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and soothing.
- Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, cognitive development, and motor skills.
- Implement gentle sleep training techniques.
- Prepare healthy snacks and meals.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience caring for infants.
- Knowledge of and experience applying Montessori principles in childcare.
- 3-5 childcare references to verify experience
- Understanding of infant development and sleep training methods.
- Clean driving and criminal search
- Patient, nurturing, and engaging personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certified
