Essential Job Functions:
- Foster positive relationships with children.
- Ensure safe and engaging learning environments, providing consistent supervision, being alert to safety concerns, and responding quickly and calmly to ensure the safety of all.
- Collaborate in classroom planning and activities.
- Document and track student progress.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with both parents and colleagues.
