Overview
This employee will be tasked with onsite IT support for the Flagstaff facility including office and production technology set up, troubleshooting, and projects as directed by the corporate IT department.
Responsibilities
- Provide first line support, training, onboarding, and diagnostics for company software and sites
- Support hardware and software set up in both desktop and production environments
- Provide expertise to office staff to assist in all technical aspects of new and ongoing projects
- Troubleshoot production equipment network and connectivity as needed
- Troubleshoot office equipment network and connectivity as needed
- Troubleshoot server related issue as needed
- Will be required to do special projects as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions
- Must be highly motivated, able to follow direction, and perform assigned work duties independently with minimal supervision
- Effectively analyze and present complex information
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Able to speak, listen, and effectively collaborate with team members
- Perform tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Possess strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- Able to assess, diagnose, set up, and monitor technology resources and systems
- Must be organized and able to plan and implement preventative maintenance
- Must have full use of arms and legs and be able to climb stairs to access all areas of the plant and offices
- Able to kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist, and lift >20lbs. on an occasional basis
- Must be organized and maintain work area
- Ability to work under the pressure of, and meet, deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT work experience preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in IT or Support Desk
- Experience working with following environments: Windows/Microsoft Office
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting various equipment such as laptops, video conferencing system, mobiles, etc.
- Experience in remote support help and training
- Experience with M365, Windows server administration, network management, and LMS systems a plus
- Must have demonstrated good work habits and attendance
Pay Range
USD $25.00 - USD $29.00 /Hr.Salary : $25 - $29
