Overview
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for reviewing and optimizing the inventory control processes within the warehouse. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory levels, analyzing inventory data, and ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory. The Inventory Analyst plays a key role in streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and supporting the supply chain team with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SOPs for inventory management
- Continuously improve inventory accuracy through the education of team members
- Coordinate physical inventory audits, to be done on a set schedule
- Reconcile losses and gains from regular inventory audits through investigation to identify and explain inconsistencies
- Conduct inventory counts as required and/or requested by Planning, Procurement, and other departments
- Analyze usage trends to better define min/max requirements and work with Procurement and Planning departments to set reasonable expectations of raw material inventory levels
- Prepare and provide various inventory reports to Finance, Planning, and Procurement departments
- Other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
- Associate degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
- 3 years in related warehouse experience
- Computer proficiency required with strong background in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with WMS software
Pay Range
USD $60,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
