What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Scheduler position at Joy & Laughter Developmental Therapy?
The scheduling coordinator's focus is to keep the advanced schedule full by assisting with major scheduling changes, scheduling ongoing visits after an evaluation, and rescheduling missed appointments.
Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, returning voicemails, greeting clinic visitors, accepting new referrals, scheduling client care, following up with clients to verify appointment times, maintaining the office appearance, and stocking office supplies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Customer service experience
- Scheduling experience
- Able to work collaboratively with a team of like-minded professionals
- Loves being around children
JOB TYPE
Full-time, with 40 hours between 8:00 am-7:00 pm Monday-Friday, and/or Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
SALARY
$21- $25 per hour

Joy & Laughter Developmental Therapy was founded in 2012 to empower therapists, parents, and children to work together to reach the highest outcomes.
