Child Support Enforcement Attorney
Our law firm is in search of one full-time attorney to join our team for Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement in Memphis, Tennessee. Our firm offers over 50 years of expertise in all areas and support a team of lawyers statewide. The Firm provides a monthly salary and payment of annual BPR fees, professional privilege tax and required CLEs. Starting salary will be dependent on experience.
Applicants must be a licensed attorney in the State of Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in family law. This majority of the attorney's time is conducting Courtroom hearings in Juvenile Court. Applicants must be able to express themselves competently and succinctly in both oral and written communication. This position requires basic computer skills, with an emphasis in Word. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task are important for this rewarding and fast-paced position.
