Are you an experienced collections agent or outbound sales professional looking to join a high-energy team? Joyce Factory Direct is expanding our Call Center/Tele Sales team, and we're looking for driven individuals with a passion for phone sales—no cold calls involved!
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with warm and hot leads to set appointments and close sales
- Use your collections or outbound sales experience to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Work within a team-oriented call center, making outbound calls to potential clients
- Earn $5 for every appointment set along with competitive hourly pay and performance-based incentives
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in collections or outbound sales
- A strong phone presence with excellent communication skills
- Goal-oriented, with a hunger to succeed and maximize earning potential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
