- Answer homeowner inquiries and provide helpful information about our services
- Confirm and follow up on scheduled appointments
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence
- Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
- A goal-oriented mindset—you thrive in a fast-paced, incentive-based environment
- The ability to handle objections and stay motivated even after hearing "no."
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate CRM systems
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
